Thank you for shopping with us! This policy outlines how we process and deliver orders within New Zealand.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping NZ wide on orders over $100!

Auckland/Hamilton: $10 flat

Other regions outside Auckland/Hamilton: $15 flat

Delivery Timeframes (New Zealand)

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

North Island: 1-2 business days

South Island: 3-4 business days

Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier network delays or public holidays.

Courier & Tracking

We use reputable New Zealand courier services to deliver your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frames, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather events, courier backlogs, or public holidays). We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at sales@medicalsuppliesnz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and any relevant photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
